Trouble obtaining member's lists

Ok i created a hub yesterday (hub address removed) and everything seems to be running fine. THe problem i have is that users are having trouble downloading each others lists, i receive any member's list within a few seconds. Does anyone know whats wrong?

Hubs don't play a role in client to client communication, beyond relaying the connection requests ("I'm at IP:port, please connect to me").
