script: ban-redirect-script

i want a script, so I can send the command "!redirectban <nick>", and then his nick and IP is logged to an array in the script, and the script is saved, and restarted, then when a user connects to my hub, the script should check his nick and IP, and if IP OR nick match with the array, he should be redirected to a another hub I enter into a variable. (I want *.lua-format for ptokax icecube III)
