simple disclaimer script

ok i need a script that basically has a diclaimer and gives the person the option to press QUIT to exit and just type if they agree with terms:

noif its posible can i get it so they dont see the chating text untill the press a kick and if they type QUIT it automatically kicks them?

would be better to make them have to type /join to enterand if they aint they never will enter
liek a password type thing

disclaimers are useless absolutley no point in them.
