A little off topic I think

Which hub software is the best? Where can I find script XXX? Discuss it here...(no, this is not for advertising your hub...)

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question. If not, please move it. Anyways, on to my question. A friend of mine was thinking about starting up a small hub and was asking me what all was needed. I told him what I knew about connection speeds and such, but he also asked me if his comp could handle it. I didnt know so I figured I'd ask you guys. He has a 350 mhz cpu and a lot of memory. Will that slow cpu be able to handle running a hub of about 150 users max?

It depends on which scripts you run( if any), I have seen scripts using 60 % CPU time (on average) on a 500 MHz, but that’s also with a lot of users
