hi all
I run the neo-modus hub behind a router with port 411 opened. There are no connection problems with most users, but some of then can´t conect.
When the same hub is running on a friend's PC (with no router) every user can enter, and i can transfer normally with those that could'n connect before to the "routered" hub.
Thanks
P.D.: Sorry for my Tarzan's english

i have a hub behind a router aswell, and i have not had any problems with users connecting, make sure you have your port 411 TCP AND UDP open. Other than that make sure ips are not banned or temp banned and that your connection is overloaded (i.e. you have 128KB of band width and you have 300 users in your hub)

I had a problem where some ppl could get into my hub while others couldnt. All i did was disable windows firewall and use Norton instead. No more problem.
Hope this helps someone.......

I have both 411 opened (TCP & UDP), and W2000pro (with Norton Firewall, but i've tried too with norton disbled), and we normally are about 30-40 users.
The problem happens only with two users that connect from the same LAN (they think through a proxy, but not sure)
Today i've discovered one strange thing ... now the hub is in a friend's PC, and they can connect normally. When i transfer with them, all the incoming/outgoing traffic goes through my Symantec Proxy (a part of Norton Firewall) .. If i disable the Norton Proxy Service, they get "connection timeout", and no more transfer is possible  . I've tried to find something about "ccpxysvc.exe", but not found anything related to this problem.
Thanks a lot
