HELP Cannot run the neo modus hub software HELP

i have been running the PinkFloyd420 hub for over a year now and suddenly now i can no longer run the hub software anymore it keeps giving me the following error messages Run-time error 339: component DcSysTray.ocx or one of its dependicies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

Now i have tried uninstalling it i even tried downloading the particular file name and putting it in the windows/system32 folder and then going to start/run and typing in the following Regsvr32.exe DCSYSTRAY.OCX but it still will not run the hub software I am running windows xp pro with service pack 1 P4 1.7 ghz processor 512 mb of pc800 rdram and 4 120 Gb Hard drives. i did have a virus problem yesterday which caused me to have to reinstall windows xp and the service pack but like i said now i cannot run the NM hub software I am able to run the PtokaX hub software but then it will not allow me to login as op even though i am in the hub software as op
it says *** Your nick is already taken, please change to something else can anybody help me resolve these issues i would be extremely grateful thanks in advance

That OCX file is part of the Neo-Modus client, you'll need the client installed to use the hub. When you reinstalled XP, did you forget to reinstall the client?

I'm moving this to a more appropriate forum, the Hub/Scripts one.
