Which hub software is the best? Where can I find script XXX? Discuss it here...(no, this is not for advertising your hub...)

Hub Running

Hello, it's a very important question.
Were running a hub on the direct connect with version 1.0.25 of the NeoModus Direct Connect Hub Software , But the hub slows down the internet connection for the one who's running it.
Now I was thinking , can 2 people run the hub in the same time so that won't hurt the internet connection? Or any other suggestions?
