Problem with http://www.1stleg.com/PublicHubList.config

Hello.
I have a problem, as i see it the only good list is http://www.1stleg.com/PublicHubList.config .
It have worked fine this far but suddenly i get download failed when i go to public hubs. Why? Someone elese with the same problem? Or someone with a sulution?

Well first I would like to thank Steve for making a donation to the site but unfortunitly its to little to late. My old crapy server got shut down, and I dont have enough money to get a new one at the moment. This is why the site is running extreamly slow at the moment, Its being hosting on a 256k bps connection. I need to upgrade to 768k bps DSL and I can't afford the $100 setup cost right now. So if you want a faster site, keep those donations coming. For those of you that have noticed that the hublist is currently down you can still access it at hublist.1stleg.com. I have also been working hard on a few new projects including the hub registration server (It will be availabe soon I promise!), and a new file shareing network. I will keep everyone poseted.
