timeout problemon hub, some ppl can enter some cant

ok i am running a hub, and some ppl can enter like i got 30 peak users, and some ppl are getting problem entering.

some get following msg:


*** Connecting to pakmusic.no-ip.com...
*** Connected

and this is all what happens....No users or Nicks or anything. After a while it gets reset.



some get:

*** Connecting to pakmusic.no-ip.com...
*** Connected

now some ppl can connect some cant.

what cant be the reason?
