Is there someone who can give me a place to set my own hub (PtokaX) ??? I need server with Static-IP ... and working 24/7...

on your own puter... or a friend puter.
DC's hubs have nothings in commun with web pages hosting, web storage, and/or bb forum hosting.
you will have to find someone that offer to run the application of your choice.
you will not find this possibility with almost all of those who offer web service.
anyways, google for "shell account".
note: that most shell provider will probably refuse to run a hub on their puter for multiple reasons.
one of the reason could be the OS need by the application.
