Making Your Own HUB

hey guys, i have a question and hope someone can help me out.
I am using DC++ for a while now, but now i start thinking about making my own HUB cause i have over 50 friends all with over 10TB of games and i wanna make a hub for us, and for other people but the main question... how can i make a hub? and controll the option like;

-Who is operator(s)
-Minimal/Maximal share rate

and more... i hope someone can give me a link or just tell it to me.
It would be great, well.. i hope to read some reply soon hehe.
