is there a way to make it to where only VIP's or higher can use the !write feature?

What hubsoft are you using?
What kind of scripts are you using (vbscript, lua, etc)?
Where can the script that does Write! be found?
What does !Write do?
Which kind of user can use !Write right now?

and all the users seem to be able to use that command

i only want registered users only, reg, vip, op, admin to use it
