I want knows if it is possible to detect the hub users who have Netlimiter?
And if it is a way pls tell me. I heve my own hub and I see that more and more users are using this program of limiting the download speed. And I want to kick them out.

You know, you can also make judgements about their speed from the hostname their IP resolves to.

This will require you to learn some scripting... it looks like you're just having a knee-jerk reaction against NetLimiter right now.
