I've my own hub right now which is working perfectly from outside world, as for me on the internal network. But now there are more users from internal network which can't connect to eachother. If I set the active ip to my internal ip I can connect with users on the lan but not to external users.
Is there any way to make it work for both at the same time?

Not really. This is why some users want per-hub IPs - typically their internal hubs have no external users. For the specialized case where the op is the only one behind a NAT, there exist scripts to fix up your IP only.
It sounds like your situation is even more complicated than everyone else's, since you've got both types of users. I suppose a very clever script could help you out...
