How do you setup a public message?

On some Hubs that I log onto with DC++, they have a public message that has like +rules, +help, +register or something. How would I go about doing something like that with my own hub?

Is it a script that I need or somethingn else? I use Shadows Direct Connect Hub 0.03

You probably need a script. I would recommend checking the SDCH script tracker or the SDC forum.
