what to do with corrupted long movies ?

Post by toraz » 2004-05-26 21:32

hi all,

ive downloaded several long movies in different formats and some are corrupted and wont play after a certain point early in the movie  .
what to do ? any tools to fix this,..and will the feature "rollback" in dc++ prevent this and what value should i put in? what about "write buffer seize"?

i have an mpg movie that plays just fine,..but if i fast forward it,it just frezes. could this be a codec, filter prob. ?

thanx in advance :P

to fix Divx/xvid movies, get DivFix

As for mpegs, the fast forwarding issues is most likely a problem with your media player. I highly recommend Media Player Classic.

If they're that crappy, delete them.
