OP questions
is it possible for me to get in trouble if I OP some ANIME hubs and I share nothing and download nothing but just op???? Could I be liable for the hub legally???

No, that's a different question than you originally asked. Running a hub is not necessarily legal. See above.

well, is it that easy? Since the "medium" is used to bring users together, todo legal things also.. the hubowner can't really be held responsible. I mean.. mail companys isn't responsible if ppl send illegal things to eachother!?

I understand what you mean, but the primary difference is that my outgoing mail box is private and can only be seen by the intended targets. My DC++ outgoing box can be viewed by anyone. If the postmaster was allowing requests for clear bags of cocaine and responses indicating who has the cocaine...
IMO if this were ever to hit a US courtroom the hubowner would be found legally responsible in some way.

ops
since ops do have control of what goes on the hub (such as kick/ban users) this doesnt' make him at all responsible???

well, the p2p connection is initiated through the hub.. so some logging could be done..
