automatic priority increase for 50%+ complete files

i run into the problem a lot of filling up my hard disk with partial files

it would be easier to have then finish a batch at a time, when i am not at the computer, by setting high priority on almost finished dl's
then maybe have it process 50% and lower complete files, THEN start new downloads.

so when i come back, the things i wanted to download are done, and i have something to watch/burn onto a cd and free up some space
