Hub question.

Hello, I really wanted to create a new hub, and when I tried to click on the sticky, it didn't work. Can someone please tell me how to create a hub? or if you have an access to a website that can tell me how, can you please post the link??... I'd greatly appreciate it!

If you can't get to it, try the sticky thread at the top of the hubs and scripts section.
