Look ihave a file named: hublist1345.config on my web page. When i write a fuul adres of the hublist i'ts dosent downloads! Why? I know that in the hublist1345.config evrething all right. (Sorry for my BAD English.)

Clicking that link takes me to a russian page where i have to click an additional link. That might be the problem.. get a better host.
