I would like to know where to get portuguese hub lists?
i am in portugal and if i get from an international user it counts as nacional(portuguese) download or as international???
please answer me!!!

You can download only the hubs in the country you desire...

This will give you hubs from Portugal

no that link is in bzip format which u paste into dc++ which then comes up as a hub list. paste it into the given space in the downlaods bit in the settings make sure u add a " ; " charater between that link and the others

my hublist can dynamically create these lists for you
just edit the url that you use

Brazil

Portugal
?cc=PT&format=.bz2
