How to find where the file is?

Here's my problem:

I'm downloading a file, that is in possesion of few only, and is 3+ GiB. DL goes slow (from 5 to 10 KB), and eventually they all disconnect. I tried searching for alternatives -> no success. I tried with http://www.hublist.org, to find this users on other hubs with that file, but they have no free slots now.

How can I find a hub with more different users sharing this file I need. In the past I used MoGlo for things like that, but now it's useless.
