What about this? ... Legal Issue

Post by mpanch » 2006-01-22 17:32

I recently heard about either Kazaa or Limewire sueing a user in response to it being sued by a recording company. The user's child had been downloading music files and they (themselves) did not even know how to work the program. Hmmm.

Kinda hard to respond to your original post when don't provide much information or even asked a question. Can you provide web links to some news site or another forum or where ever more info on these lawsuits can be found?

As far as Kazaa/Limewire are conserned, they have no association with DC community as far as I'm aware.

And you've only started the thread a few hours ago. This isn't a chatroom, so give people some time to check the forum, it is Sunday after all.

I call super-impatient bullshit. Please back up your story (and tell us what it has to do with us) in order to allow for "open discussion".

Sorry,
I've only heard about the issue, but have not found links or other written material. That's why I was posting this; to see if anyone else had heard of it.
I'm not trying to be pushy or rude. just trying to get information.
please consider this post closed. I won't bother you again.
