I am new to DC++. I've noticed that in alot of hubs i've checked out, most of them are not in english, but yet it says the country is USA. Can someone explain why and also how I can start my own hub?

nevermind, don't reply to this post. after reading many other posts, i'm uninstalling this garbage. i like my other P2P programs. less hassle. it's been real and it's been fun, but it ain't been real fun. L8R.
