connection error

i try to connect a hub but there exists an error saying that,

"This hub is running version 0.3.38 SVN 212 of the Dev Direct Connect Hub Software.
*** Connection fail."

You behind a router?
What software firewall are you using?
What antivirus are you using?
Can you connect to other hubs?

zyxel 4 port adsl modem i use.this modem is a router.
i dont use a firewall and an antivirus program but sp2 is installed.
yes i connect other hubs.

this is a translation from turkish.i use "connection fail" instead of "bağlantı kesildi".
i am using dc++0.673 version

Your slots/hubs ration is too low. Open more slots in Settings -> Sharing -> Slots and try again.

I've never had a reason to use a CAD application, so I'll have to take your word for it. :)
