connection timeout when downloading

ok so this happened recently, everything was working fine, till this morning. I wake up and try and download some more episodes from a user, and it said "connecting" took some time then after a couple mins it said "connection timeout". I tried to download from another user, same thing. This has never happened before and it was working flawlessly from the first time i installed this program. I can search for files and hubs no problem. I check my Ports and External IP and it seems to be right. any ideas?
