a bit annoied

hi there, is about a month that im using dc++ and i noticed that here is not about sharing flies but giving file....in one moth i manage to download 4-5 files...but upload about 100...is this sharing...people they pretend to download the movie but not make other download from them....please can someone help me out? what to do?thanks bye
