I've tried everything: uninstalling DC++, then going in to norton and deleteing the info, then restarting. then installing DC++ then running it, hitting "permit all" for 2 of norton windows, one for TCP and UDP, trying to do passive and active. I've tried opening ports manually, however when i try it doesn't work, or i just don't know how to do it... Any ideas?
