"Unknown error: 0x274c" - help

I use dc++ for 3 years, but this is the first time I get this error, it happens with some hubs I usually frequent, all of a sudden it started to get this error.

my dc++ version is 0.695 and the hubs that has this error are:

vgmcentral.no-ip.com

public.otaku-anime.net:555

rigghub.servegame.com:9679

psx-ps1games.dynip.com

smoetimes I get "Unknown error: 0x274c" and sometimes "Unknown error: 0x2751"

I really apreciate if someone can help me.
