How to add hublist

I am new to Direct Connect, so I have probably a kiddy question:
There are a lot of hublists on the Internet (like http://www.neo-modus.com/PublicHubList.config) : how I can add such a list to my Direct Connect?

If you are using neomodus direct connect, then you CANNOT add another hublist. If you are using DC++, then go to settings -> Downloads Tab. Then under public hub list URL put in whatever hublist you want
