I'm looking for finnish HUB-lists, but I have no idea where to look. All help greatly appreciated!

www.moglo.net use there hublist it tells u the country the hub is in that should help

Or try fi.hublist.org which has Finnish hublist in http://fi.hublist.org/PublicHubList.config.bz2 - another one in http://www.hublist.org/PublicHubList.config.bz2?FI.bz2
