Can anyone give me the latest hublist?

I've been looking for some time and I've noticed a bunch of the hub lists were like down or something becuase whenever I'd try to recieve the list i'd probably only get one and it would have like a -1 in the users spot. So I was wondering If anyone had the latest hublist? Oh, and how long does it take for it to download the hublist? Thank you but I primarly need the hublists....thank you.

Can I take it you've seen the sticky threads entitled "Hub List Problems? LOOK HERE" ?
