I want i text string to search for users under the user list.

Just like in oDc

Two solutions present themselves:

1. Use oDC
2. Lobby Opera to contribute the code to DC++

Rewriting the code is okay too, but a bit silly just to get around the copyright grant/transfer that arne wants to accept code into DC++ (described in the compiling.txt in the source zip file).
