About the sort of the userlist

Now, When sorting by name, the sequence is like this:

OPs
[BB]Jack
caro

However, when some one use other charset come in, eg. Chinese.
They stay above the [BB]jack, make the userlist looks like this:

OPs
灿烂微笑
[BB]Jack
caro

what makes it hard to group the users. I hope the nickname using ASCII chars could be sorted to the top. Make it like that:

OPs
[BB]Jack
caro
灿烂微笑
