waiting for this feature to appear sometime
search delivers often many many hits. it would be perfect, when the user-names are checked with the ones in the favorite users section and the search result line which contains a favorite user is highlighted in a seperate color, bold, italic .. or whatever
another point for the advanced settings would be: "try to download from favorite user first" .. or something like that
