Script to list rules when user logs on to hub

I've been searching high and low for this way too long now. I am using PtokaX 0.3.2.6 TD4 and Robocop V4. Can't find such a function in Robocop. Can't be hard to implement, but I don't know how to do it.

Is it necessary to create a new bot just for this simple function, and how will the code look like?

I would think that putting your rules in the MOTD window in Network settings would suffice?

I did some "artwork" and used | for some reason that fucked it up. I was up way too long last night hehe

$ and | are used in the protocol to start and finish commands...ya...that'd mess it up pretty well
