I have a forum called gamershangout.xpt.net (which i want you guys to join if possible) and i want to make a sharing hub for the memers there. I have no idea how to make one so could you please enlighten me? Thank you.

Well, there are sticky posts at the top of the current forum (hubs and scripts) that do address your issue.
