adc.sf.net revamped

Had sometime over and i didn't like how the old site looked so i checked out some open source designs and revamped the adc project site into a new design.



Removed the original banner and had Ullner write some new text and it made a world of difference since it now looks better then before just a quick example of how project admins can get nice designs from open source designs out there.
