Idea: PHP Ad Manager

A Simple Management Interface for ADs on ADCPortal.com

Here is the basic idea we want people to make banners for their projects that they can upload themselves on adcportal.com
banner should be displayed at main page randomizing banners showed at reloads.

User/Dev uploads a banner with a specific measurement

Side banner or Bottom banner

The upload part:
For security purposes there should be a validation code for uploading so we don't get spam (perhaps use CAPTCHA feature ?)
They also should supply a small description and url for project.

Then the supplied stuff goes in a authorization list for admins to approve or deny the banner.

Example list <--- just an example
nr. picture description confirmation
1. "http://www.death-squad.ro/dshub" an ADC Hub for DC++ Approve/Deny

Users/Devs should be able to edit the banner and change it but then the banner should be re-approved by admins in the list again.

Extension:
If the profiles could be linked to the forum that would be great if not a simple admin interface would do.

I don't see much point in this addition tbh. as I think having software listings in the files section is sufficent, but I will see if I can compromise something
