This code is largely Pretorian's, I've just modified it to add an external XML file (config.xml) to hold the configuration paths. It should download and install everything you need to build DC++.
The project file is for Visual C# 2010, but the code is .Net 3.0, so all you should need is Windows Vista or later to compile it.
Don't blame me if it causes your computer to burst into flames.
