The post <http://www.dcbase.org/forum/viewtopic.p ... =722#p2745> talks about specifying whether messages should be ordered (beyond the initial login sequence). The TS flag in MSGs allow a particular type of order (time wise that the sender claims) but this is far from a general point.
I am not sure whether this is actually useful in other circumstances, or if others have any other opinion...
