i converted bastya elvtars freshstuff script to luadch v0.06

	- some functions arent ported to luadch yet ( timer, usercommands, creation of folder and .dat file )

	  - the "categories.dat" has to return a table now ( because global vars are disabled in luadch )
	  - updated to lua 5.1.1 ( maybe i missed some things )
	- notes:
	  - this port should be considered as BETA; "undeclared var" errors are very likely
	  - you have to save the lua file in unicode without signature when using non ansi chars inside the file ( for correct display )
	- TODO: add missing functions, import op chat

I am translating it to english. Halfway done. But it doesn't work in luadch, shows undeclared variable error.

Here is a translated version. Tested with luadch 0.08 and it works.
I dont think that i forgot to translate something
but if you find something that is not translated then just let me know and i translate it.
