[Request]Please Convert FeedWatch script

Hello everybody,

i tried it myself but for the fact that i am not a coder i failed on this.
Now i hope that somebody will be so nice and convert this PtokaX script for the use with luadch.

Script Name: FeedWatch 1.0f LUA 5.1x [Strict][API 2]
Description:
FeedWatch is a RSS Feed watcher
Options:
filter option for all HTML <tags> in field values
option to show new feeds in main chat or private message
Append New Feed to Motd option. [Motd restored at script exit]
Bot name may be preset or set as domain name, per feed
option for multiple feeds
user table, users must enable feed messages
per user option for on/off/mainchat/pm
ForceFeed option, Sends this Feed # to all in main chat.
Assign a TAG to be used in lieu of address

Its the best RSS script that i ever used on a hub and i would be happy to be able to use it with luadch too.

This might actually be possible on ADCH++ soon enough since luadch seems pretty unmaintained these days.
