well i got a request from offset to find all common commands a user could have in differnt hub softwares so i made a small list over the stuff

+me should be removed since there's a ME flag for it, client should process message with /me and add the flag to the message - hub has nothing to do with ME...
edit
report require at least opchat or the way of informing the operators... opchat is best idea there, but still there's no clear way of dispatching the report.

ugh.. OpenDocument.... ugh. i'm guessing it's not plain text. can't even read it in a hex viewer... so much for 'open' i say
